Danyell Abston / Fathom DJ and Darryl Johnson are dynamic visionaries with a shared passion for entrepreneurship, hospitality, and the arts. Together, they have successfully curated and executed a series of activations under the banner of Lux Listenings.
These include an array of experiences, from ticketed semi-private events to no-cover bar and restaurant activations, as well as thoughtfully curated outings for those seeking mid-to-upscale, music-driven hospitality experiences.
As they continue to build on this foundation, they are setting the stage for grander, more impactful initiatives designed to engage lifestyle businesses and brands, offering elevated marketing activations that blend artistry, culture, and connection.

We love the receptivity we received from @this_is_the_ed and the crew at @everythingbarchicago with the popup activation we had for @WeekendPlansmusic. We have determined that we will take up residency the 3rd Friday of the month, invite a plethora of musical guests to pair with our residents Live Percussionist Chris Paquette, SunshineRewind and Fathom Dj. With special guests TBA 1/17/25 8p.
We cannot yet charge for the event, our goal is to grow a community of djs, singers and bands that will perform... This is HOW...
